Yin & Cupping Workshop

Join me for a cupping session followed by an hour long, all levels yin style yoga flow with guided meditation, breathwork, and sweet little treat. Cupping is the ancient practice of releasing the toxins from body tissue. A cup is placed on the skin with suction that causes the tissue to be drawn up to allow for blood flow and detoxification. This workshop allows for muscular recovery and detoxification with cupping therapy as well as the relaxation and yin yoga class.
