I’m a passionate yoga, health, and wellness girly. After years working as an occupational therapist in traditional healthcare, I started to feel the weight of burnout. That led me to make a life-changing decision: to step away from my full-time clinical role and fully lean into what lights me up—helping others feel their best, inside and out.
My journey began when I turned to yoga to manage the stress of my demanding job. Over time, it became a healing tool and completely transformed how I view health and well-being. With a background in physical rehabilitation and holistic practices, I now offer a unique blend of movement, breath, and hands-on techniques rooted in both modern and ancient traditions—including yoga, cupping, and scraping.
Whether it’s through movement, nervous system support, or hands-on wellness sessions, my goal is to help you reconnect with your body, regulate from within, and feel empowered in your healing journey. Let’s create space for your well-being—together.

Private Wellness Sessions
These one-on-one sessions blend mindful touch, cupping therapy, guided breathwork, and movement-based techniques to support your body’s natural ability to unwind and heal. Drawing from my background in yoga, anatomy, and rehabilitation, I offer a grounded, personalized experience that adapts in real time to your physical, emotional, and energetic needs.
Each session is different—led by intuition and tailored to how you show up that day. Whether you're holding physical tension, seeking deeper self-awareness, or craving a nervous system reset, these sessions offer space for reconnection, release, and deep rest.
